This is a technique that we teach on a regular basis for years. I love this technique because this is something that you can do for your self to relieve stress at any point in time. Especially at those times of need right now.
This is a technique that you can use to get rid of stress and get rid of it now.
I teach EFT a little different. Each person teaches a little different. I use a lot of my education in mind/body experience and education in conjunction with EFT.. I do this to help you learn how to do it and do it appropriately and where to get the biggest bang for your buck.
